In 2003, I was the Crew Chief for the Houston based Fran-Am Formula Renault racing team. Our car was sponsored by the Dallas Cowboys and a few other smaller associate sponsorships. With a new driver just out of the Karting world, we had some teething issues but all have since worked their way out to the final development of a World Class racing team.
